Universal Home Protection keeps thorough sales data for each real estate professional that has sold a UHP home warranty plan. To access your sales data history, as well as information pertaining to claims paid for those properties, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to www.warnty.com in your Web browser
2. Once you are at the blue WarNTY homepage, choose Access WarNTY System
3. At the WarNTY Login screen, enter uhpagent as the Login Name
   Please note: No password is required
4. Click the login button
5. Enter your first and last name and click the continue button

For security purposes, your confidential sales data is emailed directly to you. If UHP does not have a current email address on file for you, you will be prompted to supply us with one.
